  • Advising on GST and the stamp duty implications of transactions and drafting appropriate clauses for agreements.
  • Advising on liability and risk management in connection with the provision of government services and facilities.
  • Advising on issues concerning casino licences.
  • Advising on and drafting amendments to special Act agreements and assisting with the necessary approval processes.
  • Drafting complex agreements for innovative funding arrangements.
  • Conducting privacy impact assessments for government initiatives, including Smartcard licences, OneSchool and a client service web portal.
