If you are a client of Crown Law and have feedback with regard to any part of our Practice, please contact:
- your Crown Law Client Relationship Manager
- the Executive Director, Holly De Bortoli
- a member of our Strategic Leadership Team.
If you are a client of Crown Law and have a complaint about our Practice, we will strive to resolve complaints in the first instance by discussing the issue or concern in person or by telephone. Any official complaints can be directed to complaints@crownlaw.qld.gov.au or to our Executive Director, Holly De Bortoli.
As Crown Law does not provide legal services to the public, you may be required to refer your complaint to the Department of Justice and Attorney-General’s Compliments and complaints page.
All complaints are protected by the Information Privacy Principles contained in the Information Privacy Act 2009.
